SurgicEye GmbH presented its new 3-D imaging and navigation device at the 13th Biennal Meeting of the International Gynecologic Cancer Society (IGCS) on October 23 - 25, 2010 at the Prague Congress Centre. declipseSPECT is the first intra-operative device providing 3-D imaging and navigation during surgery. 3-D imaging and navigation make surgical interventions safer and more reliable. declipseSPECT is currently used in hospitals in Germany and Italy to treat Skin cancers and Breast cancers. This technology extends one dimensional gamma probes to a two or three dimensional imaging system (equivalent to SPECT) which can be flexibly used in the OR with very little alteration to radio-guided procedures such as sentinel lymph node biopsy or primary tumors resection. The Annual congress of the European association of nuclear medicine (EANM) took place at: Prague Congress Centre See the official website of the congress
