The latest development and achievements of declipseSPECT by SurgicEye will be presented June 24-26 at DGS in Dresden. This will include the recent development that enables the differentiation of the hottest SLN before extraction and precise depth measurement. The declipseSPECT is the first intra-operative device providing fully 3-D imaging and navigation during surgery. This technology makes surgical interventions safer and more reliable. The declipseSPECT is currently used to ensure the highest quality patient outcome in breast surgery and melanoma, further applications in gynecology and urology are investigated. This solution for radio-guided surgery extends one dimensional gamma probes to dimensional imaging system (imaging properties similar to SPECT), which can be flexibly used in the operating room without alteration of the clinical workflow in sentinel lymph node biopsy or primary tumors resection. This innovation together with the recent results from SurgicEye user’s from Klinikum rechts der Isar in München (Dr. Stefan Paepke), NKI in Amsterdam (Dr. Jos van der Hage) und Policlinico S. Orsola-Malpighi in Bologna will be presented during DGS in Dresden (booth 24 terrace foyer).
